Hi, I’m Harmandeep Kaur, and I’m currently pursuing Culinary Management at Humber College North Campus, Etobicoke. At Spice & Slice, we pride ourselves on blending the zest of spices with the perfect slice of culinary expertise. Explore our approach to culinary management, seasoned with creativity and delivered with precision—just like our dishes.

Internship:

I am currently seeking an internship to gain hands-on experience in culinary management. My top internship goals are:

  • Fortinos (Brisdale, Brampton) – A well-known and busy location where I can develop my skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  • CAA Centre – Another nearby, high-traffic location offering opportunities to enhance my confidence and gain valuable industry experience.

By working at either of these locations, I aim to apply my knowledge from Humber College, build professional skills, and grow my confidence in managing culinary operations. My internship plan includes showing initiative, learning from supervisors, and completing tasks responsibly while contributing positively to the team.
